Students in Mrs. Willyerd's 2nd period class work on their Adopt-a-City Web Quest. Students picked a city to "adopt" and record its weather each day along with Circleville's weather. Students will be completing various tasks in the web quest to help them understand the different aspects of weather, such as cloud types, map symbols, winds, and fronts. Eventually, the students will be interpreting a national, regional, and local weather map for their adopted city in a "real" weather forecast that will be videotaped.
