Welcome back to a new school year! The seventh grade students learned about lab safety this week. We reviewed the guidelines and then reviewed for our lab safety quiz using the Smart Board. Students were divided into six teams to play Lab Safety Whack-a-Mole. The students would hit a mole on the Smart Board which would reveal a lab scenario. Students had to collaborate with their group members to find the lab rules which were being broken in that particular scenario.
