Students studied secondary succession, which is the process of restoring an ecosystem after it has been disturbed. They tied this together with their language arts structures project by illustrating a series of 3 images that depicted what the ecosystem looked like before it had been disturbed by the construction of the structure, what the structure currently looks like, and what the structure might look in 100 years if humans no longer existed or in 100 years if technology has advanced. Enjoy listening to these excellent projects below!
