Students learned about the metric system last week, so they would understand the correct units to use during our future lab exercises. Our accelerated science class worked on lip syncing to the Meters, Liters, and Grams rap, which can be purchased at www.educationalrap.com, as another way for students to learn the information. The rap can be viewed in the browser above. This week students will apply what they learned last week in a hands-on fashion through the Gummy Bear Lab. We will then move on to the M&M lab and learn how to start designing a controlled experiment.
